Interesting that this plant is using the same strategy Henry Ford used when he first invented the assembly line. Far away from UAW handicaps, employees are well fed, well paid and well taken care of, while efficiently producing excellent cars. They know a happy work force builds a better product. Conversely, the UAW's prime directive is to ensure the labour force is as unhappy as possible, because angry workers demand more and more more, and make better strikers.
