"Low-flow toilets cause a stink in SF".Instead of using sufficient water to flush a toilet properly, they're combining low-flow environmentally-friendly technology with... 8 1/2 million pounds of bleach.
Isn't the suffocating stench of rotting human excrement at an outdoors ballgame a tiny price we should be willing to pay to save the planet?
Remember, when it comes to environmental sanitation (see photo on right), united we, er, sit.

I think that 8 million gallons of bleach is an ecco catastrophe! (real conservative)
Now if they used 8 million gallons of water they might be able to flush the sewers and rid that area of 'sewer stink'. Much more environmentally friendly than bleach.
