I don't want to intrude on your knee-jerk reaction, but if you'd think about it for more than a second, you'd realize that "satanaist" and "atheist" are mutually exclusive. By definition, atheists don't believe in your supernatural foolishness.

Alex -- all men have evil tendencies. Atheism just gives them a neat excuse to move in an evil direction if they so choose. And the occult, which the secular west dismisses as mere superstition, connects one to evil spiritual forces.
And, don't forget, in a materialistic, atoms and molecules nuts-and-bolts world the ideas of evil and good are in themselves nonsensical -- at best nothing more than mere subjective human constructs -- having no more objective existence than, according to the atheist, the merely human conception of God.
Anon; I never said he was a satanist.
There is nothing logically inconsistent with denying the existence of God and dabbling in occult spiritual forces.
And, although he was a self-proclaimed atheist, since he apparently hated Christianity, maybe God-hater would be a better label.
He dabbles in the Occult by having an outdoor Satanic Altar AND he's an Atheist.
I doubt very much he was an atheist, the guy most likely got secret instructions from his morning oatmeal.
