White Privilege -- It's Just The Beginning

I have a Canadian seminary friend who has dutifully adopted the "white privilege" lingo of the academic-left. Does he realize that "white privilege" is just the beginning?

Staff members at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington are enduring viewpoint-corrective training sessions in far-left political topics like “heterosexual privilege,” “gender privilege” and “language privilege.”
* * *
The meeting agendas are largely secret, and staff members have been swore to secrecy. One employee, however, gave an interview to Campus Reform explaining some of the details.
The indoctrination of the left continues apace.

Here.

Its true White privilege existed at one time, but saying it still exists is hard to substantiate. My main problem with groups like this is their solution to the past where whites were given preferential treatment is therefore to give preferential treatment to non-whites to balance things out. The proper solution is to move towards a colour blind society where people are judged based on their personality and skill sets and race has no bearing in anyway shape or form.

Go into any federal or provincial government office in any major city in Canada and you will see at least half, if not more, of the staff working are visible minorities.

Apply to any government job, be it municipal, provincial or federal and you will be asked what race you are. If you’re not directly asked what race you are you will be asked if you’re a "visible minority".

Try and get a job with the Calgary police, fire or transit and you will see that preference is given to people of colour.

Yeah I know I sound racists but it's the law under the employment equity act. This act basically means that all government employers are to hire based on affirmative action and it also forces many many private companies to also follow affirmative action hiring.

Welcome to Pierre's Canada under the rule and command of conservative PM Harper!
