Easter's Now, Not Yet, Promise

How do the events of Easter relate to today, in the grand historical scheme of things?

Hebrews 2:

But now we do not yet see all things subjected to him [Christ].
But we do see Him who was made for a little while lower than the angels,
namely, Jesus,
because of the suffering of death
crowned with glory and honor,
so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone.

He tasted death for me. Because he lives, I shall live also.

You can live forever too.

And that's the way the resurrected Ball bounces.
