Who says PEI's healthcare is second-rate?
I know a patient.
He's on some meds.
They're working great.
But he needed a blood-test to see if he could continue on them.
He took the blood tests this morning.
The lab processed the results this afternoon.
The Doctor called the family at dinner-time today and gave them the results personally over the phone.
I know.
Because the family was us.
And the patient was our dog, Robbie.
And the Doctor was our Vet.
And that's the way the Ball bounces.
