The Nadir/Apex of Scottish Culture Reached Today

The nadir of scottish culture was reached today.


Update: one reader apparently thinks it's not the Nadir, it's the Apex. I'm updating the title of the post accordingly. The Ball Bounces is nothing if not responsive to the views of its readers.
