Climate Scare of the Day: A Freudian Ice-Slip?

WASHINGTON --
The huge West Antarctic ice sheet is slowly collapsing, and two groups of scientists say the melting is now an unstoppable event.
What will become of the nation's capital?
It will move upstream?
"We do have at least a century to prepare," says Ekwurzel, "and in the case of the worst-case scenario, maybe a couple centuries. We should plan on one to four feet of sea-level rise happening over the course of this century, as a conservative estimate."
Did you notice the Freudian slip? Read that again slowly… "a century to prepare, and in the worst-case scenario… a couple centuries". Shouldn't the best-case scenario be the one that will do the least damage over the most time? Not if you are a climate alarmist. As they have made abundantly clear through "nature tricks" "hide the declines", suppression of dissent, and lawfare (hello, Mark Steyn), the best-case scenario is the catastrophic one.

And that's the way the slip, slidin' away Ball bounces.

Friday, May 16, 2014, 6 AM, I took a picture of the David Bell Mine on the north shore of Lake Superior. The lights of the mine were softly glowing through the gently falling snow...
Yup, snowed today. About 3 inches. Tell me again about that global warming while we huddle around the wood burning stove...
Picture available on request, just email me.

That's why it is now being called "climate chaos". It covers all the bases and sounds scarier than "climate change".

"... nothing intellectually compelling or challenging.. bald assertions coupled to superstition... woefully pathetic"
