Storm-Watch PEI: Earl Hurls Chunks!!!

Hurricane Earl is hurling chunks on PEI -- chunks of leaves and tree branches, that is.  The power is fluctuating. The waves are frothing. The wind is blowing. A steady rain is falling.

Batten down the hatches!!!
